We started Cozzyair because homeowners and builders deserved an HVAC partner who treats the job like a trade, not a transaction.
Today our team handles everything from a single furnace replacement to complete mechanical packages for new construction and commercial spaces. We fabricate our own sheet metal, run our own gas lines, set rooftop units, install HRV and make-up air systems, and commission everything before we hand over the keys.
That end-to-end approach means fewer trades on site, tighter schedules, and one accountable team from rough-in to final inspection.
